These snacks are quick & easy to make, and are pretty healthy, too! They are great for on-the-go snacks!
No Bake Energy Balls
1 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 c. peanut butter {or any type of nut butter}
1/3 c. honey
1 c. coconut flakes
1/2 c. ground flaxseed
1/2 c. chocolate chips {mini chips work the best}
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour, then roll mixture in balls.
Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated {for up to 1 week}.
